Great service from the time I drove onto the lot. The sale went smoothly and RYAN Shippy made it all easy. He even delivered my car personally. Thank you for the great car buying experience. Sales, was GREAT "Jay" , financing dept on the other hand was a BIG time joke! Matt and Chip got upset because I didn't buy extras from them. Threatened my CU too. We had such a great experience working with Jay! No pressure, went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for us, and followed up after a week to check in on us. Thanks Jay! It was a pleasure working with Ryan Shippy, whom was extremely helpful and informative. We were looking for a 2500 AT4, for about a month, and Ryan reached out to us as soon as they got one in. The worst experience and service that I've ever had! So far, the warranty hasn't covered anything on this "bumper to bumper," $3,000 extended waste of money. Any issues I've brought to Liberty's attention have not been resolved, such as: - Problematic Bluetooth system which presented as a lemon immediately after purchase and brought to their attention - Issues with the front passenger seat constantly sounding the beep alarm when nobody is sitting in it and nothing is on it - Now, a faulty safety restraint sensor has locked both front seatbelt retractors and once again Liberty has failed to correct the issue I scheduled a service visit on the app and noted the safety issue, but then I received a phone call to reschedule the appointment for several days later on a Monday afternoon. When I checked in with the service manager, Eric Hernandez he said that they wouldn't be able to get to my car until Tuesday morning. Rescheduling the rescheduled appointment? Instead of having the safety issue resolved, I was contacted by Eric and accused of being in an accident. He told me that the warranty would likely not cover the charge because the sensor was reading that the car was in an accident and fired the locking mechanism in the seatbelts, but he was waiting to hear back from them. I expressed that the sensor must be faulty because my vehicle was clearly not involved in an accident. The only damages to my vehicle is due to your typical parking lot dings and a plastic front end grill that can't withstand the heat and an automatic car wash in Arizona. As of the following Friday, no work was performed and Eric was still waiting to hear from the warranty company. He told me that I should file an insurance claim for the accident and have my auto insurance pay for the damages resulting in a $2,900 dealership service charge to fix the safety restraint system. It will be 2 weeks since the vehicle was brought to Liberty's service department and I still have not heard from Eric. I've never been so offended and just can't believe what lengths Liberty's service department goes through to get out of resolving faulty service related issues that either they or the warranty company should cover!
