Like most people, I do not like going to a dealership when purchasing a vehicle turns into a 5 or 6 hour ordeal with games back and forth. Thank goodness, that did not happen. I went for service and ended out buying a truck to pull my trailer...something I did not think I would be able to do. They made it happen with a fair deal in a short time frame. From Darren to Jordan to the finance area with Julian, .I actually enjoyed my experience at Liberty GMC. I brought a friend a couple days later who also ended out buying a used car. P.S. I bought prior vehicles at LIberty also.

I've had my vehicle to this service department on three separate occasions to address the same minor warranty issues. Unfortunately, with the exception of one visit I have experienced an incredible level of indifference, poor communication & incomplete repairs.

"Jim is the best!"

We ordered a van at Liberty GMC in 2011. For over 6 years we have brought it back to Liberty GMC for every service or repair needed and have never been disappointed. Jim takes care of our family and our van like it is his own. There are enough things to stress out about in life. Getting ripped off at a dealership should not have to be one of them.
