He happened to be off the day we arrived but Colton handled our business for Johnny. Kolton was very knowledgeable and did not use any high pressure tactics. We did not feel pressured. to buy something. We were able to view several vehicles including the one we originally sought. Other than the lousy "doc fee" of $399 there were no other hidden charges. We reached a fair price quickly. The car was prepped and paperwork went smoothly. The dealership personnel were all very friendly and the everything was extremely clean. This was a much better experience than we had at other dealers. More
Recently had my truck in for routine service. I brought my truck in for routine service and they noticed several things that needed to be fixed. Most of it covered under warranty. Car Purchase A Pleasure! We recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a collision in which our vehicle was totaled. As you can imagine, all of the paperwor We recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a collision in which our vehicle was totaled. As you can imagine, all of the paperwork involved with insurance, doctors, etc. was overwhelming. Once we had that all straightened out and were ready to purchase another vehicle, I thought for sure the experience was going to be another headache - buying a car always has been in our experience. We found the vehicle we wanted on-line (a 2015 Dodge Durango Citadel) at Liberty GMC and sent an email requesting information. Within minutes, we had a response from Julian Grubbs. Julian was incredibly helpful and gladly answered any and all questions we had on the vehicle. A few days later, we travelled down to the valley for a test drive and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Julian was fantastic to deal with - as were all the employees we interacted with. We were in and out of the dealership in about two hours and are beyond happy with our purchase. Burt, my salesperson, was extremely personable, knowledgeable and made the purchase of my Canyon an awesome one!! In addition, from deciding on a truck, updating my insurance and signing the loan documents this took far less time than I had feared. More

I called the dealership to see if my extended warranty covered my breaks because when I purchased the vehicle they were already bad ,and the guy who helped me on the phone was extremely rude. The fact that I'm paying so much for a car that supposedly has coverage, yet It seems like nothing is covered it's very unacceptable. I've had so many bad experiences at GMC if I could return my vehicle and go to another dealership I would. Strongly suggest to work on their costumer service. More
