Upon entry to Liberty Honda I was greeted by Justin who immediately catered to my needs. My day turned around when I sat at Justins desk to discover his last name… Dingle. I chuckled. My once cranky demeanor instantly flipped and I was ready to start the Liberty Honda experience. Absolutely everything was perfect. The price of the car I seen online was the same when I came in, wether I fincanced or not, and Justin was upfront and honest about everything and immediately got to work finding me the car that best suit my needs. Then in the finance office I met Ronaldo (Rocky) Hernando, the man with all of my answers. Again he was upfront and honest about everything and clearly displayed all of my options. Very low pressure, smooth and easy. I will never go anywhere else, the experience was so good that when picking up my car I did a little Dingle Jingle and took a photo holding the Lucky Liberty Honda Plant. I would let my 80 year old grandma come here alone and sleep well knowing she will not be taken advantage of by other traditional dealerships. More
