Jaime, did a great job to make sure I received good quality service. They did a good replacing my rear view mirror, but in the cap was missing, and they could not locate it that day. I also noticed the quality service. They did a good replacing my rear view mirror, but in the cap was missing, and they could not locate it that day. I also noticed there was a gap under the door handle. Jaime was very concerned about that this had happened. She assured me that she would have it fixed at no additional charge. Although, I was annoyed about what happened and that I would have to come back, when I return, there was no hassle. Jaime had the cap out on and the door fixed. She was very courteous and professional. She provided good service with a smile. More
