I recently purchased a vehicle service contract from Liberty Honda Business Manager, Rocky Hernando. He was courteous, personable, and helpful. Initially I was apprehensive about outreach to Liberty bec Liberty Honda Business Manager, Rocky Hernando. He was courteous, personable, and helpful. Initially I was apprehensive about outreach to Liberty because of a couple of extremely disappointing and unprofessional interactions when I was shopping for a new vehicle several years ago. I even stopped getting my vehicle serviced at Liberty. However, I took a chance and contacted the dealership for information. Mr. Hernando is the person who returned my call. He was knowledgeable, accessible, responsive to my questions, and followed up with me without being annoying or pressuring. Because of my recent positive experiences with Mr. Hernando I purchased a VSC and have decided to return to Liberty for all of my car needs. More
