No call back for update on my vehicle. Brand new 2023 minivan was held for a week during a holiday weekend and dealership did not supply a loaner car. When you pay 60,000 for a vehicle and something malfunctions, the dealership should supply a loaner car while repairs are being done. This is unacceptable. More

The oil change, tire rotation, and air/oil filter change were routine, but during the wiper insert replacement a tech didn't install the metal strips from the old blades into the new blades--something I fou were routine, but during the wiper insert replacement a tech didn't install the metal strips from the old blades into the new blades--something I found out a few days later in the pouring rain. Jonathan Roath went above and beyond to get me driving with a clear windshield again, with no tantrum required! I'm very pleased with his responsiveness. More

When no other mechanic could see my van for two weeks, Liberty took us in the next day, rebuilt the engine, and got me back on the road.
