The worst experience ever! We even purchased the car there. Our new 2022 Honda was stolen then recovered. It took over a month to get it back. The interior was damaged and they had to order parts. The main issue was the insurance company, adjuster and repair shop had the worst communication. We had to call the repair shop & email several times over a 30 day period just to find out what was happening. I will not buy or service a car there in the future. More

When I made the service call, I was told that Honda always give a free car wash after my car is serviced but it did not happen. Disappointed! When I arrived for the service, I was told I need to pay for it. I told them again I've a free oil change, after checking, it confirms. Then, when the car is ready, I was bill the oil change. Again, I've to repeat myself. Finally, the bill was revised. Poor communication between staff. Jamie was honest to let me know I don't need to change transmission fluid as it was changed when I bought the car & I only put in less than 8k mile since. To that I really appreciate her honesty. Kudos to her. More
