We had an issue with our CR-V that another Honda dealer didn't want to deal with and charged the diagnosis fee, which i understand but the diagnosis was incorrect. Chloe at Liberty Honda listened to our p didn't want to deal with and charged the diagnosis fee, which i understand but the diagnosis was incorrect. Chloe at Liberty Honda listened to our plight and was understanding of our situation. She explained in detail what would be done and what possibly would be needed to be done for further diagnosis. I was asked to leave the vehicle for 2 days for an accurate diagnosis. The following day Chloe called me with the diagnosis and repair cost. The vehicle was promised to us for late Monday afternoon, it was ready for us late morning. Thank you Chloe and the Service Manager for getting to root cause and making the repair. We highly recommend Liberty Honda Service for repairs!! Thank You Very Much! More
