My experience with Honda is always a long wait with no communication at all. I walked in had an appointment for an oil change and rotation of tires. Of course I spent more that I was suppose to due to me communication at all. I walked in had an appointment for an oil change and rotation of tires. He did well in the beginning with explaining everything for the most part and said they was running behind which was fine at the time. 3 hours later I am still sitting while people that came in after me was leaving before me. There was no communication at all during the time I was waiting on an update or timeframe of my vehicle. I am sorry to say I spend so much money at this place that it’s never a time that I am in and out. More
