We have a CX5 we purchased from another dealership that has had a intermittent sudden acceleration issue. Jason Secor has worked hard to try to find the issue and I am sure we will eventually will. While the intermittent problem still seems to exists, we have been very impressed with his technical knowledge, patience, and superb communication skills. We cannot the same same about Corporate Mazda, as, to date, they have been of little value.. I would recommend this service department to others. More
