I have bought multiple Mazda’s from this dealership and have always brought my cars there for service. However, after my recent experience I will not be returning to this dealership for any service and wil have always brought my cars there for service. However, after my recent experience I will not be returning to this dealership for any service and will find another facility. I dealt with Craig who was very rude. He gave me an attitude about not watching my video yet. Then walked away and sent me the link to the video three more times. He then came and asked me again, and was condescending and rude telling me that I have to in order for my vehicle to be completed. As if I can’t get my vehicle unless I watch this video. He then pushed additional work on me which was quoted higher than any other time I’ve had the same services done at this dealership with other people. Seeing he was trying to over charge me and it was substantially more I declined. He then wanted nothing to do with me and scoffed at me turning down the repairs and told me I would be unsafe and would have no warranty and berated me for it. When the time came that my car should be done he couldn’t be bothered with giving me my keys and paperwork and kept giving me the same attitude which I bet he wouldn’t give me if I said yes to his over priced services. Then after complaining that I see my car parked and done that I just want to leave, he shoves my paperwork at me and keys and walks away. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. As long as this guy is at this dealership I will not be coming back there. If there is anyone you can deal with other than him do so. This experience was so terrible I’m not even coming back to the dealership period. With a person like that working there it says a lot about the dealership and the type of customer service they have and the type of place they run. More

recently had a service there. not bad. but there is another problem - a cracked monitor. I asked them if they could change it. answers was that they can. the price is $2500 for th not bad. but there is another problem - a cracked monitor. I say ok, how about my extended warranty that covers from bumper to bumper? the service lady replied that she should contact them and find out if they will cover this work. then call me back and let me know. well, still waiting for a call from her 🤷🏼♂️.
