Excellent purchase experience with Liberty Subaru I originally placed a deposit at another dealer for a 2016 Outback with a 2-3 month wait for the model, color and features I wanted. The next day I I originally placed a deposit at another dealer for a 2016 Outback with a 2-3 month wait for the model, color and features I wanted. The next day I heard from Liberty Subaru who said they had exactly what I was looking for coming within the next few weeks. Libery's car availability, ease of doing business and internet pricing was the best I could find.. I cancelled my order with the original dealer, who did not know when my selection would be available. Within 4 weeks I was driving my new car, and I was totally pleased with the sales and financing team who were very honorable to deal with. Thank you Liberty Subaru! More

Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. We were able to work the majority of the deal through email and over the phone. When I went into the dealership, there was very little left to wrap up. All dealerships claim to have internet sales people but in many cases these people are just there to get you in the door so someone else can deal with you. Liberty Subaru has a true internet sales department. Dave was by far better than anyone else I dealt with. In my case, I was already sold on the car but not on where to purchase it. Dave was very responsive even before he knew I was sold on the vehicle. Through his efforts, Dave earned my business and I would strongly recommend Dave and Liberty Subaru to my friends. Oh, and I love the Crosstrek too! More

He was there with me the entire time and left me feeling confident in an efficient transaction. After striking a more than fair deal on the car and the parts with a warranty and parts to boot despite a worthless trade-in I'll be happy in my new Forester for the next decade. More
