His dealership is a 75 mile drive from me, but he had a hard-to-find Impreza 5-door with winter/alloy/nav package in stock. He hit me with a boffo price. His manager facilitated doing our deal mostly on the phone. Dave was punctual on our pickup appointment. He was also gracious and patient when I hammered his on a matter of the finance deal about which I was actually wrong. Business manager Kevin Mark was efficient and didn't waste my time. He was happy to answer any questions and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. They were great with pricing and the overall experience was nowhere near the nightmare that I have heard car buying can be. Everyone was welcoming and the process was painless! I kept waiting for a hard sell on extended warranties, upgrades I didn't want, etc--but that never came. Instead, they just sold me what I wanted at a fair price.
