Our dealings with Mike Ragone from Liberty Toyota (Burlington NJ) were terrible. He tries to come off as a nice guy but he was actually trying to take advantage of us. Background – I purchased a ne (Burlington NJ) were terrible. He tries to come off as a nice guy but he was actually trying to take advantage of us. Background – I purchased a new vehicle from Liberty 4 years ago, and previously a new Lexus from their sister operation in Cherry Hill NJ. I have been taking both cars to Liberty for service for the past 4 years. The Lexus was dropped off for service. On Nov 8, 2012, one of Liberty’s service people totaled my car by hitting four other cars and injuring a female bystander. Liberty’s insurance claimed they did not have to pay market value for my car and we asked Liberty to make the situation right. This is where Mr. Ragone comes into the story. Can you believe that he, and no one from Liberty, was willing to make up for totaling my car! Mr. Ragone found a car with identical features but was a year older. He wanted to sell us the car at an inflated price while making no effort to get us fair market value for our car. This would have cost us over $5,000 to get a car that was older than the one they totaled! My wife stormed out and was followed by Mr. Ragone and a man named Dave who identified himself as general manager. This GM said that he was unaware of the situation because he had been on vacation (even though it had now been over 3 weeks since the accident). Either the communications in the dealership is terrible, or this happens so often that communications is not necessary, or someone is not telling the truth. You decide. More

We Have bought a few new cars at Liberty, but this was my best experience because Tito made it that way. Tito was gracious, kind, understanding and very knowledgable about the new Prius we bought. I found a Toyota Camry on the internet and inquired about it. I came in to look at it and I was approached by a salesman named Jeff Noll. What a nice guy. He was outstanding in his appearance, knowledge, enthusiasm and energy. If I asked him a question he knew almost all the answers, however, if he didn't, he went and found out the answer. We purchased the vehicle on the spot from him and would do so in a minute in the future. He gained my confidence, which is very difficult to do. Liberty, you have a real gem here!!! More
