I was called into Liberty Toyota on Saturday due to a problem I am having with my RAV4, 2011. I leased this vehicle in December and approximately 10 months later, I noticed a sound coming from the engin problem I am having with my RAV4, 2011. I leased this vehicle in December and approximately 10 months later, I noticed a sound coming from the engine at 40 miles per hour. After bringing my vehicle in for service, I was informed on Friday, 11/9/12 that I needed a new transmission in my car. Emagine that!!! Car is only 11 months old and has approximately 7,000 miles on it. I was shocked to hear this. Well on Saturday, 11/10 I was called in to Liberty by my sales rep, James. After speaking with him and he was great, apologizing for this problem, he reassured me they would make it right. So after spending a few hours in the show room, and driving a few cars, it was felt I would get a 2012 RAV4 - 4 cyclinder, as the problem does not exist in 2012, 4 cyclinders. After agreeing to switch my car and work up the numbers, I was horrified that they wanted much more than my monthly payments for this car. I have a RAV4, Limited edition, V6 which was very expensive when I purchased it. I thought the least that Liberty Toyota could do was switch out my car for the 2012 RAV4 4 cyclinder and lower my monthly payments as I was going down from a V6 to a 4. WQRONG!!! Again I was horrified that they wanted to charge me more per month to lease this one as they said my car was not even a year old and I had to pay it down before switching out the car. Since I would not have had to switch out my car less than a year if it wasn't for this problem, I feel the dealership should have absorbed this cost and switched out my lease for the 2012. Again, I was wrong! My husband and I have been loyal toyota buyers for approximately 10 years. I don't think this was a FAIR deal and they didn't even offer anything else to compensate me, other than a rental car. Oh, by the way, the rental car I received today, 11/12, Monday, was a YARIS!!! Going from a RAV4 to a Yaris was again quite a shock. I don't think your sales department handled this very good and I am not happy. I went all weekend without a vehicle, as they didn't have a rental for me until Monday, 11/12/12. I always recommended Liberty Toyota to my family and friends. I will not do so in the future. Again, I was highly disappointed in Liberty Toyota's dealing with this issue and feel that maybe another dealership would have helped me more!!! Next time, I will see!!! D. Currao RAV4 owner More

I contacted Anthony about a vehicle online and wasnt sure if they could get me the deal I wanted. Anthony referred me to Carl who took my information. Carl did everything he said he would do and was very thorough with me and the truck I was buying. Before he even worked on the price and financing he wanted to make sure I knew what I was buying and that I liked it. When it came down to financing he got me all the rebates I could qualify for and financing that I wanted. I had gone to a few other dealerships before I went to Toyota and was shopping for a truck and no where else treated me as well or were as professional as Carl was with me. I am a small business owner and look at Carl as an asset for your business. If he continues to treat every customer the way he treated me then he will be very successful. I was not really sure if i was ready to purchase when i walked into this dealer. But after about 20 minutes i got a feeling of confidence about this dealer. I meet a salesman named Jeff Noll who was a youn walked into this dealer. But after about 20 minutes i got a feeling of confidence about this dealer. I meet a salesman named Jeff Noll who was a young man who i felt comfortable with.He is a knowable and intelligent sales representative. He walked me around and introduced me to his managers who were all friendly. Jeff gave me options that were not only fair but very affordable. Jeff took the time to not only ask me questions about my needs in a vehicle but to also listen. And he really showed me that he was willing to do WHATEVER was needed to find what was best for me. Jeff also had a lot patience with me as i had lots of questions. He answered every question i had and was great in explaining all of my options. If i had to say what was my deciding factor on my purchase at this dealership i would definitely say it was due to the professional attitude and courtesy of Jeff. And i am eager to tell friends and family about the exciting experience i had at Liberty Toyota. More
