Dan Cherkas is, hands down, the best salesman in the business. Super responsive, very knowledgeable and a complete straight shooter. Buying a car from out of state (particularly during a pandemic) can be difficult, but Dan and the Lima Cadillac team made it seamless and very easy. Car was shipped from Ohio to Illinois without any issues. I could not be more pleased with the process. This is how car buying should be. Dan was simply the bomb..a man on a mission as some may say. He was there on his day off putting in work. I'm happy to say he helped me with purchasing exactly what I was looking for. I had the Best Buy experience, at Lima Auto Mall !! They are very professional , and super honest . I usually feel rushed into a vehicle , this time I was recommended to drive at least 3 different vehicle are very professional , and super honest .
