I was always very nervous about purchasing a car I was always very nervous about purchasing a car through a dealership. Finally I got tired of the constant repair costs with my older vehicles. A vehicle caught my eye on The Lima Auto Mall website and I just knew I was finally ready. Soon as I pulled up, Dan Cherkas was coming out to greet me. After talking with him for a few minutes, I felt confident and comfortable. I was always of feeling intimidated or pushed into a sale. I did not feel that at all! I left feeling great about my purchase. I will definitely make future purchases with The Lima Auto Mall. Hopefully I will always cross paths with great people in sales. Thank You! More

The sales team was very respectful, helpful, and honest. The only complaint I would have is how long it took to complete the paperwork to complete the transaction. I just don't like walking into places where I'm getting my vehicle fixed and I can't have a moment of shock to myself if the price is too high, I don't like walking on eggshells. I didn't buy my Cadillac from here and never would I. The staff is not very friendly, the only time they come smile in your face is to come tell you what they found in diagnostics and the price. More
