A vehicle caught my eye on The Lima Auto Mall website and I just knew I was finally ready. Soon as I pulled up, Dan Cherkas was coming out to greet me. After talking with him for a few minutes, I felt confident and comfortable. I was always of feeling intimidated or pushed into a sale. I did not feel that at all! I didn't buy my Cadillac from here and never would I. The staff is not very friendly, the only time they come smile in your face is to come tell you what they found in diagnostics and the price. More
