Not willing to help I came in for an oil change. When I asked the service guy about changing the cabin filter, he said that he wasn't sure that my car had one, and that I came in for an oil change. When I asked the service guy about changing the cabin filter, he said that he wasn't sure that my car had one, and that he "probably couldn't get one today". He never even attempted to check. He told me that it would cost me $65. My total was $41. The man who came to get me when my car was done was very informative about what they found when inspecting my car. When I went to check out, the lady asked if I had a credit card, because she could not take a check. I have always paid by check. There was no sign to state that they did not accept checks. When I told her that I did not have a credit card, she did take my check. More
