No pressure, no hassle. Drove from Bowling Green, OH to look at a Lincoln MKZ. Went for a test drive with Rick and felt no pressure to buy the car. He let us pull the car in the service garage out of the rain and inspect everything ourselves. Dealt with Aaron on finance, again no pressure or hassle. My overall experience was great. I will return to this dealership when I buy my new Silverado to see what they can do. I would recommend Lima Automall if you want a no pressure, no hassle experience! More

Great sales team and great overall experience I went into Lima Auto Mall yesterday thinking about trading in my Toyota Camry, but I really did not think it was going to be a possibility. I figured I went into Lima Auto Mall yesterday thinking about trading in my Toyota Camry, but I really did not think it was going to be a possibility. I figured I owed too much on the Camry to be able to drive away in an Equinox. Not only did they have an Equinox that was exactly like what I was looking for, they were able to make it affordable. Oh did I mention: I was approved for a loan with a no down payment and great monthly payments that are very affordable. With a very low interest rate. Aarron made sure I was satisfied with my financial agreement. Without feeling pressured, but feeling very comfortable. I would highly recommend Aaron I explained to him what I wanted my payments and he made sure I got what I wanted. I felt like I was "The Man" when I walked out of Lima Auto Mall to get in my new vehicle while keeping my money in my pocket. Thanks Aaron keep up.the good work!! More
