As a result, I drove 100 miles that day to see the car and drove it home that evening. I dislike the process of buying a car and Chris made it easy. Great buying experience Over Christmas we had a vehicle that began giving us unexpected problems to the point where we didn't trust driving the 700 miles back home with 4 kid Over Christmas we had a vehicle that began giving us unexpected problems to the point where we didn't trust driving the 700 miles back home with 4 kids and a dog. We began scouring the internet and came across a vehicle that matched our criteria (third row seating, AWD, and towing package). I quickly called the Lima Auto Mall to see if the vehicle was still available. They indicated they would hold the vehicle for me and have it warmed up when I arrived. Later that afternoon my wife and I stopped in and our new vehicle was in fact warmed up and waiting for us! Justin Engle greated us at the door and we were off test driving it in no time. After returning he was ultra helpful in getting our trade-in evaluated, all of the paperwork started, and explained the process as it had been some time since we had bought a vehicle. Since we weren't planning on buying a vehicle when traveling for the Holidays, they even accepted our trade-in without the title and gave us their address to mail it to once we returned from the holidays! All in all, a great buying experience from the Lima Auto Mall. More

I arrived with my parents in tow, on the colde I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with the folks at Lima Auto Mall. I arrived with my parents in tow, on the coldest day of the year, and Chris took everything in stride. He answered our questions, worked with our budget, and generally walked me through the process (since it was my first purchase from a dealership). He also brushed the snow off the car I wanted to test drive and gave its battery a boost since it had frozen up. He also made sure the service department tested the battery further to make sure it was good to go. Later, Ryan approved my loan and explained its terms and Aaron completed my transaction. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
