After searching for used cars Lima Auto Mall was the best. I've been looking for a used car for a couple of months. My husband and I went to several of the other dealerships in town and didn't find any used ca I've been looking for a used car for a couple of months. My husband and I went to several of the other dealerships in town and didn't find any used cars nearly as nice as what we found at Lima Auto Mall. The sales people were terrific, honest and upfront. We never had to wait. When we went back a second day to test drive, Chris was with another customer so Rob took us out to test drive so we didn't have to wait. When we decided to purchase Chris went out of his way to make sure everything went quickly and smoothly. Even the dreaded financing and signing of the papers was quick and easy! I would definitely go back and recommend Lima Auto Mall to my family or friends. More

They are the best! This is my second lease transaction with the great people at Lima Auto Mall, and I was just as pleased this time as I was the last. Rob was attentive This is my second lease transaction with the great people at Lima Auto Mall, and I was just as pleased this time as I was the last. Rob was attentive and polite, and went out of his way to accommodate my very specific requests. He offered me an option that I hadn't considered, but had all the info at his fingertips; he made it so easy. And the rest of the staff -- including sales manager Ryan -- was every bit as helpful and accommodating as Rob, from finding me the trim package I wanted to getting the payment to a place that was comfortable for me to explaining all the paperwork in detail, answering any questions I had.
