2016 SUV We went to look at a SUV in Lima. Robert Crist talked to us and showed us what was on the lot. We were looking to buy a SUV maybe a year or two old. We went to look at a SUV in Lima. Robert Crist talked to us and showed us what was on the lot. We were looking to buy a SUV maybe a year or two old. They gave us such a good deal, we ended up buying a new 2016 Chevy Traverse with 4000 miles at a great price. They were very friendly, and answered all our questions. They were very helpful setting up the computer/radio instrument inside. We would go there again to look for another car in the future. Also we drove the vehicle home that very day, which we had not anticipated. Very pleased all round. More

Marc helped me select the best vehicle for me based on his knowledge and experience with the array of vehicles on their lot. I appreciated the service at Lima Auto Mall. I never once felt pressured into making a decision or choosing a more expensive car. They want their customers to walk away with the car of their choice and feel happy with their decision.
