Hummer purchase I was looking to purchase a Hummer to replace mine that had a tree fall on it from a tornado. BEWARE! No help post sale Bought a convertible First rain it leaks... Was told by sales manager that 'sometimes convertibles leak and it's your problem' Typical dealer that a Bought a convertible First rain it leaks... Was told by sales manager that 'sometimes convertibles leak and it's your problem' Typical dealer that are nice until they get your money I will be reporting to the bbb. General manager became frustrated while trying to get off the hook. Didn't seem to care about my perspective at all instead just told stories about other customers which was not helpful. More

We had some bumps during our purchase as we came from Findlay and already got pre approved thru our bank and that wasn't enough for Lima Auto Mall we had to rush around and close on all our paperwork to be able to take the new car home,that was hectic since it was a Saturday.Other than that we enjoyed our car buying experience.
