Chase greeted us at the door. He was friendly and outgoing. He addressed all of our questions and researched those for which he had no answer. Once the deal was agreed upon, Chase wasted no time setting everything in motion to complete the transaction. Our insurance company (State Farm) was made aware of the acquisition and we completed all of the requirements to have us covered before we left the dealership. My agent called today to confirm the transaction and was very impressed that the dealership proactively initiated the process, as were we. Chase was the first representative of the company that we met and he made a very positive first impression, one that will be remembered....Excellent!!! Ryan welcomed us and thanked us for considering their dealership. He had a very friendly and personable attitude. After we had agreed to the deal, he came out and thanked us for our patronage. In the course of negotiating, there were instances of levity by all parties which allowed for a heightened level of comfort. Aaron was friendly, thorough and efficient. The paperwork phase progressed smoothly. There was only one hitch that was not a deal breaker. We came prepared to pay with two credit cards, but we were told that company policy allowed them to only accept up to $4000.00 on a card. It wasn't made known to us until we were in the final stages of the process. We didn't have a check, so they processed $4000.00 on the card and their representative will pick up our check with the balance at our house (100 miles away). As I write, a check for the balance is awaiting their arrival. We made an auto purchase a couple of years ago, at another dealership, that allowed us to pay with the cards. When making a future purchase, Lima Auto Mall will be at the top of the short list for our consideration. Our business with two dealerships in the past was reminiscent of dealing with the mafia and is the main reason they were not even on our long list. More

After about a week of texting and calling back and forth they found me the exact car I was looking for down to the color combination and features I wanted. They worked above and beyond to get me a great rate (even better than my own credit union could get me), and the price was more than fair considering the amount of attention I felt I received. They even gave me more than AutoTrader Trade-In Marketplace could get me for my lease I had to trade-in! These guys stepped up in all facets of this deal and my 2014 Cadillac even has a LIFETIME warranty. Talk about peace of mind and a worry free process! We called the dealership at 430p to see if they would be able to do any financing that late in the day, or should we come the next day. The car was waiting out front for us, and warmed up. We test drove the car and decided to buy it. Aaron worked with us on the financing and we finished up around 7p. Dave and Aaron did a great job working with us, and we appreciate them staying late to complete the deal. More
I had already done research on price of vehicle I wanted so I went to dealership intending to only research financing and my payment options. To my surprise salesman was able to find a vehicle my wife and so I went to dealership intending to only research financing and my payment options. To my surprise salesman was able to find a vehicle my wife and I liked and work out the financing so that I was able to get the payment I was wanting. Salesman and finance manager also stayed several hours late to help us wrap up all paperwork in one evening! More
