Our experience was exceptional!! Richard spoke with a young man on the phone prior to coming to the dealership, and when we arrived we were greeted by Treg and he had the vehicle they spoke about alrea young man on the phone prior to coming to the dealership, and when we arrived we were greeted by Treg and he had the vehicle they spoke about already parked a the front door for us to view. Treg showed us other vehicles we might be interested in so that we could compare all options. Treg gave us plenty of time alone so we could compare our notes. At NO TIME did we feel pressure from Treg or anyone else at the Dealership to make a decision. Once we made up our mind, we agreed upon the terms of our trade in and the new vehicle and completed the deal. Everyone at the Dealership was friendly and helpful and we will highly recommend others to visit the Lima Auto Mall., We have purchased several vehicles in our 42 years of marriage and this was by far the MOST pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. I loved my whole experience at Lima Auto Mall, I had no plans to walk out with a car that day. I was set on a Cruze but walked out with a Sonic which I am very happy with. I found a SUV I wanted to look at on their web site. I had purchased my existing SUV from them 2 years ago. I called ahead because I am a 2 hour drive from them.
