From start to finish this was a positive and modern experience. An easy transaction with a real price and good service without needless runarounds. We encountered that at Lima Auto Mall. Dave Osbon was professional from our initial email contact. He was informative and sent us everything we asked for. He followed up on our questions quickly and followed up throughout the process to assure that we were still interested. He wasn't pushy but he reminded me that us that he was still there and remembered our conversations. We accomplished much of the work via email. We drove nearly 100 miles out of our way to deal with Lima Auto Mall and Dave Osbon because we were tired of the way we were being treated locally. It was worth the effort. Dave was there to greet us, had the vehicles ready to view and quickly put together a proposal once we decided. Dave is trustworthy and very professional. We traded our existing vehicle and purchased a new vehicle and it was very easy and to the point. They were fair on pricing and made it easy to complete the deal. We dealt with Tod Kitchen in finance and he was very professional as well. It seems they will be there "after the sale" as well and that is hard to find. We would go back for future vehicles and definitely do recommend Dave Osbon and the whole team at Lima Auto Mall. Well done. More

We decided to shop online for our next vehicle, and the Chevy offered by this dealership caught our eye due to the great value, being Certified Used and price. We live in Washington State, so a large purchase long distance can be unnerving, but Nick reassured me that they were exprienced selling vehicles out of state, and helped me with the financing, shopping for the best rate for our loan. There was a little delay with our loan, but Nick and Tod worked hard so I could fly in and pick up my car without a worry. Nick met me at the airport with my car and made sure I was familiar with the Onstar, radio, navigation and other accessories before I started my long trek home. He has been great at following up with me and I would definetly consider doing business with them again. Thanks!! More
We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on autotrader.com at the Lima Auto Mall. When I called to check on the vehicle Eve answered the phone. She was very pleasant and checked on the options of the vehicle for me and called back within 20 minutes. I told her that we wanted the vehicle and lived 3 hours away. During the week it took to get the paperwork done, Eve texted us everyday to make sure we had everything and submitted all the right stuff. The dealership held the vehicle for us until we got there and when we pulled in, Eve started the new truck even before meeting us face to face. This was the first time we bought a vehicle like this and we were very happy with the service, dealership, and vehicle. I would recommend the Lima Auto Mall and Eve Broke to anyone looking for a vehicle and we will go back when it is time for the next truck. More

Stopped in today to buy a new vehicle and found the Sales team and management staff unhelpful in their willness to help us find the right vehicle. Eve had the car ready for us, knew the vehicle inside out and wasn't a hard seller. She was great! Everything was explained to us in a very pleasant manner in plain English. Although I live about 80 miles from the dealership, they had the particular car I was after, so I drove up on a Friday morning. He was excellent in every regard. I felt they were fair in the trade-in value that they arrived at for the Chrysler I traded in. Ryan Swaney (Sales Manager) and Tod Kitchen (Finance Manager) were excellent as well. Ryan had to tend to a couple issues involving my purchase and handled them effortlessly. Tod doesn't pressure you at all and try to get you to purchase extras (e.g., extended service plan). He was efficient as well and explained everything clearly. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back!! More
