My family has a long history of buying vehicles at Lima Auto Mall and dealing with Mike Tanguay. I personally had not purchased a car in ten years and yes ten years ago that sales person was Mike. It is very nice to deal with a sales person who has been with the same company and not a salesman that jumps from dealership to dealership. I know if I have any problems I can go back and that person that sold me the vehicle will be there to do their best to fix it. I was very unsure of the type of vehicle I wanted and after several visits to the dealership and many test drives I finally made a decision. Mike was very patient and honest with me throughout the whole process. When it came down to actually doing all the paper work, Mike and his finance team took the time and explained everything thoroughly and made me feel confident that I made the right decision. I will definitely recommend Lima Auto Mall to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

The only down side to our buying experience was the run around we received in accepting our offer, after talking to two other people and leaving without making a deal we left and drove home which was an out of town trip, then received a call saying they would accept our offer. Working with Sean and Ryan, who both let me know they wanted my experience to a good one, we came to agreement on the phone a couple days later on a very nice certified Escalade. Both Ryan and Sean were great to work with during the entire sales process. Sean actually delivered the car to Cincinnati for me which was an added nicety.
