I found my car on line through Auto-Trader, called and spoke to Ryan Swaney I planned to come up on Monday and an emergency came up and I couldn't make it. I called and told them I'd come up on Tuesday if possible. I arrived on Tuesday, pulled in and saw a sold tag hanging on the rear view mirror and I thought why didn't they call and tell me they sold it and not waste my time (I drove 100 miles). Eric walked out and said the signs for me so it wouldn't be sold until I saw it. I told them I was pre-approved at a good rate with my CU. We made a deal and when we started the paperwork they had a banknote that blew my CU's rate away. I was leary of trying to buy a car so far from home but Eric and Ryan and and the Business Mgr. We drove to Lima Auto Mall from Columbus for a specific used vehicle that had not been in long. When we first found the vehicle, there were no photos on their website, so I had to trust the sales rep to ac used vehicle that had not been in long.
