Visited MANY other dealers in the region. Josh was far superior in not only his customer service, but his knowledge of the vehicles. As a female, I have at times felt as though the salesman treated me in superior in not only his customer service, but his knowledge of the vehicles. As a female, I have at times felt as though the salesman treated me inferior. I have more than basic knowledge of cars and appreciated that Josh treated me as an equal to my husband and was very respectful. Thanks JOSH! More

The overall experience when dealing with Lima Auto Mall was outstanding. I had called ahead and told Ryan Swaney that I would be coming to test drive a truck and it was ready for me when I got there. I en was outstanding. I had called ahead and told Ryan Swaney that I would be coming to test drive a truck and it was ready for me when I got there. I ended up test driving a different vehicle because I found a different one that I liked better. After test driving it I knew that I wanted to work out a deal for it. When dealing with Ryan I was very comfortable and we had no problem negotiating a price. After a while we had everything worked out and I was able to drive it home that night. This was a great experience and I would definitely deal with the Lima Auto Mall and Ryan Swaney again because of the fast service and courteous sales staff. Thanks Lima Auto Mall!! More

My sales rep was Josh Schuman. He was very knowledgeable, asked me all the right questions to understand what vehicle I was looking for, how it would be used, what features were important to m knowledgeable, asked me all the right questions to understand what vehicle I was looking for, how it would be used, what features were important to me, etc. Test drive was thorough. All my questions were answered. Met with the Sales Manager, Service Manager, etc. Everything explained thoroughly and I left with the car I wanted. Great folks to deal with. I highly recommend Josh. Another great review for Ryan Swaney and Joe Shaw, Lima Auto Mall. Drove 3 and a half hours from MI after completeing a temporary sale by phone. It was a great experience. The car I chose has just the options I wanted, drives well and gives very good gas mileage. When I asked Mr.Kozlevcar to answer some questions he appeared quite knowledgeable, which was a "plus" in my o well and gives very good gas mileage. But one other reason I chose to buy from Lima Auto Mall is that I purchased, at least, one other car from Lima Auto Mall and, for years, have brought it and another car to them for service. They have always done a good job on those cars. More

I am an impatient person and do not like to deal with salesmen. With that said I have always had good experiences with Lima auto mall. This is my second purchase with this dealer and both were hassle fre salesmen. With that said I have always had good experiences with Lima auto mall. He always called me right back and held the truck I wanted until I could make it in. The deal got done quickly with a reasonable price and without any bologna sales pitches. We were very excited with the customer service we received from Ryan, Joe, and others. We drove from KY 6 1/2 hr. drive to trade because of the value we would save on the deal. I will have to say the dealership was the cleanist dealership I have been in. You can tell they all looking out for the customer. Great place to do busness with. The car that I bought was nicer then advertised and the price was right. I have never bought anything before off of ebay. Buying a car from Ryan was a wonderful experience! He was completely honest and upfront with me during the whole process. There was no "pressure" or "sales tactics" used on me and my wife.
