We began our sales experience on a Friday afternoon with Ryan online through cars.com when looking for our used vehicle. After chatting online about the vehicle we wished to purchase, we went on Lima Auto Ryan online through cars.com when looking for our used vehicle. Ryan and I spoke several times over the weekend and completed our deal and took delivery of our new-to-us vehicle on Monday afternoon. We had a great experience at Lima Auto Mall. We live about 45 minutes away, and once we made our decision, our salesman delivered the new (to us) vehicle and took our trade back to the dealership. This saved my 9 months pregnant body and my husband from having to make multiple unnecessary trips. I don't know if this is standard procedure or if we just got lucky because our salesman lives in the same town we do, but regardless, we appreciated it! We've only had the vehicle one day, but so far so good. I've purchased used vehicles in the past only to find flaws I missed before our purchase after having it home for 24 hours. The only issue we've come across is that one of the key remotes doesn't work. I contacted the salesman and he is going to pick it up, have it repaired, and return it to us. Great customer service! The finance manager also worked with the bank to get us a lower rate than we originally qualified for in order to make our monthly payments more affordable. That was greatly appreciated too! Overall, we had a great experience at Lima Auto Mall and we'd recommend the dealership and their staff to our friends and family. More
