I am an impatient person and do not like to deal with salesmen. With that said I have always had good experiences with Lima auto mall. This is my second purchase with this dealer and both were hassle fre salesmen. With that said I have always had good experiences with Lima auto mall. He always called me right back and held the truck I wanted until I could make it in. The deal got done quickly with a reasonable price and without any bologna sales pitches. We were very excited with the customer service we received from Ryan, Joe, and others. We drove from KY 6 1/2 hr. drive to trade because of the value we would save on the deal. I will have to say the dealership was the cleanist dealership I have been in. You can tell they all looking out for the customer. Great place to do busness with. The car that I bought was nicer then advertised and the price was right. I have never bought anything before off of ebay. Buying a car from Ryan was a wonderful experience! He was completely honest and upfront with me during the whole process. There was no "pressure" or "sales tactics" used on me and my wife. I recently went online to the Lima Auto Mall with no real expectations...I looked around the site at what used cars they had to offer within my price range...after finding the '04 Cadillac Cts I emailed the expectations...I looked around the site at what used cars they had to offer within my price range...after finding the '04 Cadillac Cts I emailed the dealership to get more information..The response was impeccable...very quick and courteous...Ryan is definately on top of his game...after going over the details and driving out and taking a look in person at the car...I am now the owner of a Cadillac Cts..from start to finish he was professional and beyond accommodating...I would definitely recommend to anyone looking...the Lima Auto Mall and especially Ryan Swaney..Thanks again Ryan More

We began our sales experience on a Friday afternoon with Ryan online through cars.com when looking for our used vehicle. After chatting online about the vehicle we wished to purchase, we went on Lima Auto Ryan online through cars.com when looking for our used vehicle. After chatting online about the vehicle we wished to purchase, we went on Lima Auto Mall's website and completed the very simple to use trade-in calculator. Ryan and I spoke several times over the weekend and completed our deal and took delivery of our new-to-us vehicle on Monday afternoon. Ryan was super to work with and very efficient and professional - he even drove 45 miles to deliver our new vehicle to us! What great customer service! We couldn't be more pleased. A+!! More
