As a dealership owned by the same family for over 100 years, we strive to make every experience in both our sales and service department meet and exceed your expectations. With the first two times the vehicle was in the service department the problem of concern would not duplicate, when your wife brought the vehicle back for the third time we did get the vehicle to duplicate. We now have it set up in our service department to fix the concern.

I was told yesterday that the car will not be fixed until the problem duplicates itself again with the diagnostic equipment hooked up to it. I feel the statement that the car is set up in your service department to be fixed is inaccurate and misleading since you have no idea what is even wrong with the car.
