I bought a 2019 Volvo X60 used and only received 1 key Fob. I was told at the time of purchase they would search for the key fob and if it wasn’t located they would supply another. When I spoke with a man Fob. I was told at the time of purchase they would search for the key fob and if it wasn’t located they would supply another. When I spoke with a manger he stated that should’ve been placed in my file as an IOU, and they can’t do anything about it now. Poor customer service!! I should’ve received another key fob regardless. Now I have to pay full price for an item I should’ve been given anyway. They could care less about you after you buy the vehicle. More

My two year old XC 60 T6 started leaking oil six months after the last oil change by a Volvo dealer in Maryland. It was very concerning to see all the oil under the car especially with just two years of dr after the last oil change by a Volvo dealer in Maryland. It was very concerning to see all the oil under the car especially with just two years of driving and 11,000 miles. Lindsey Volvo gladly took the car in and worked my service into their daily plan immediately. They treated me great and diagnosed Improper drain bolt tightening from my last oil change in Maryland. No charge to me the car all cleaned up and sent on my way, the same day. Thank you Kevin and Daniel! More
