There is no service department. There is one guy with a pen and pad in the service department. No computers, nothing. And apparently they can NOT do warranty work, only oil changes. So if you buy a Fiat in Spokane, you have to drive it over to Seattle for any warranty work. And this guy that runs the service department never calls back, never even answers his phone. Be aware. Favorite mechanic on duty! I have used this great mechanic since I bought my car new in 2007. He recently moved to Lithia and so I of course followed suit. Wonderful Customer Service and Friendly to work with!! Christian, the salesman was very helpful and knowledgable about the many dodge cars they had to offer. It made it easier to decide if the vehicle I was thinking about purchasing was the right one for me. Jeremy, a manager, then assisted Christian who was multitasking with 2 other customers. Christian and Jeremy helped to negotiate with the sales manager the best loan/payment plan that I could afford within my tight price range. Rob, the sales manager was also very easy to work with and made it possible for me to purchase my dream car. After all the paperwork was made up, Emily, the financial officer made it easy to understand what I was paying for and what other options I had for future warranties as I signed away with ease for my new car. In all, the whole experience with purchasing my first new car (from a dealership for the first time as well) was really wonderful and easy. It helps when you look online and then visit the dealership. I knew what I was looking for and took the car for a test drive almost immediately. I never had to look at another car. The whole process may have had some negotiations that prolonged it a little bit, but it was all done under 3 hours. Overall, the folks at Lithia were amazing and I can't wait to pay off this car and go back for my next one!! More

My Jeep had the check engine light come on When my Jeeps check engine light came on-I called Scott but he said he could not get me in for another week and it should be ok to drive as long as th When my Jeeps check engine light came on-I called Scott but he said he could not get me in for another week and it should be ok to drive as long as the light stays on. The next day driving home from work, it stalled on me twice. So I called Scott again and he said I could drop it off but they had a heavy schedule for that day. They did not get to it the first day so I got a "loaner car" from the dealership to use to go to work the next day. He called me early afternoon and told me what the problem was and how much it was going to cost. I asked him to fix it and he said they hoped to have it done that day. He did call me later in the day and said it was done so I could pick it up when I got off work. I have always had a good experience when they work on my Jeep. Its getting a little old-its a 2002 with about 110,000 miles. They are always willing to explain to me the problems and always say Thank you. I will be a customer for a long time! More
