I came to the dealership ready to buy a car, after much research and talking to Hunter who gave exemplary service over the phone. He was not available the day I arrived, and unfortunately I ended up with Greg Tiemann. From the onset the experience was subpar. He was not impressed to be helping two girls car shopping, offered zero info on the vehicle (but plenty about his toys and how the man with the most wins, how great his Chevy Silverado is, how he used to make $40K a month selling yachts and only does this job because he did not like being a manager, how armed his house is, and so on). He also spoke quite dismissively and poorly of his coworker Hunter, who over the phone had been much more helpful than Greg the whole day. I test drove two near-identical used Gladiator Sports. Greg offered no info on the vehicles, never provided the requested inspection report, and was pretty demeaning about any question I had. Negotiations did not go much better, and with every trip to the manager his attitude got worse - then downright rude. It was apparent that this guy did not deserve my dollars, and left. Had he at least pretended to do his job, tried to make this a good experience, and at least kept his darn mask on, he might have earned a deal that I had been ready to make. On the way home Hunter called from his day off to recommend a salesperson (Joe) to meet up with, unaware of what had happened. I told him I'd already left, after my experience with Greg. he was profusely apologetic, and I assured him it was not his fault. To top things off, when I looked up both vehicles after I got home, I saw that the dealership had increased the price of both trucks by $1000! I don't think I need to moralize about that move here, it speaks for itself and leaves me extremely disappointed with this dealership. More
We were able to get an appt for an oil change within a few days of my call. We were greeted immediately upon arrival for service and were on our way within an hour. I’m unsure of this being a dodge issue but in the time I was there, you dealership lost 3 customers that where about to buy new cars. But after they watched a brand new truck get winched onto my flat bed with Dave smith plates on the front of it. They thought quick and hard and then left your lot. Talk about a great business strategy. Never will I buy a new dodge again and especially from your joke of a dealer...I’ll take my cash else where. Coming from the farm and ranch perspective we go through rigs hand over fist and same with my transport company. I will be changing who we do business with in the future and I will be making this overall experience very well known throughout my business partners. Congrats on your newest lost customers and future sales they won’t be taking place. And Julie and your service teams also got a -10 out 100 on their ability to be problem solvers. Never in a million years would I take apart a customer rig and have them pick it up it in an even worse condition than they dropped it off in. More
Dustin was great with all of his knowledge on the Subaru I purchased. I would recommend Dustin in the sales department but not Lithia as a whole. The ball was dropped when an extra part was not ordered for me until I checked on it twice. Waited 3 weeks to get it, once it was finally ordered was in within 3 days. It was installed quickly at the downtown Subaru and I have been happy with it since. My husband has had nothing but issue after issue with the service department at Lithia on his truck. We spent thousands of dollars on repairs needed to have the engine light pop back on a week later. Yes, this will be the 4th time we have to "take it in". More
