Eugene Lithia had a diesel shortbed quad on their lot and we eventually came to terms. ALTHOUGH I nearly walked out! Would you believe they refused to give back my keys after they test drove my trade in? Oh they played several hardball tricks on me, but I can be just as nasty too, but they were wearing me down and that’s something that you are at a disadvantage with as they can get other salesmen in to relieve them whereas I’m stuck there and the danger is getting so xxxx tired that you’ll just sign to get out of there! I fought it out, and swore “Never Again!”. But 12 years later I stopped by to see what’s up now. This time they lowballed my trade. The one they sold me! My O6’ Ram 2600 quad Diesel 4x has 105k miles and in perfect shape. I’ve kept it up, just because it’s easier that way, but the truck has been good to us. Once the computer went out and I replaced the catalytic converter. It’s 18 years old and I’m leery about trading it in for a song. Yet my wife already warned me “I’m not having two trucks in the driveway!” What’s a guy to do? I’m getting old & tired and not looking forward to tangling with the saleslot predators. I worked in the industry years ago and you should hear what they call us when we can’t hear them. They regard us with disdain, and rob us blind all the while shaking your hand & smiling; acting like your best friend! You know to beware. It’s just that they wear you down. Don’t be a nice guy. Sharpen your pencil & gird yourself for WAR! It’s a shame it’s like this. But it is. If you think it isn’t, I want to show you some property I have in Florida!”…. More

I wanted an estimate. They returned the Jeep to me, told me exactly what I told them and charged me for “diagnostics” without fixing a thing. Not only that, they destroyed the side mirror and trapped the passenger seatbelt under the middle console (I don’t know why they removed the middle console…this issue had nothing to do with that) so I had to remove the entire middle console to get the seatbelt out. I reached out for help and got crickets. So I did it myself. More
We just purchased a suburban back in September from Lithia Dodge. Our salesman Deion was great but I feel like some of the issues of the vehicle were known and kept hush. Literally drove it off the lot after buying it and the check engine light came on and the temp gauge stopped reading and threw a code for engine being too hot. Had it scanned at a different location, it came back as an o2 sensor. I contacted Lithia and Deion said they would make things right and fix it for us. We dropped it off on Sunday and did not get it back until Friday. Temp gauge did the same thing THE NEXT day. Took it back Sunday yet again. They had it for half the week. I could not get into contact with anyone. Went in, couldn't talk to anyone. I ended up telling them not to worry about it that I'll take it elsewhere. The day I picked it up, the same engine code came back on. So a week and a half and neither problem was resolved. Fast forward to that weekend. We parked on a hill so we needed to use the ebrake. THE RELEASE SWITCH WAS REMOVED. We had no way to release the brake. So our family with a toddler and baby were stuck without a car to drive home in the middle of the night. We ended up having to have it towed and family come from out of town to get us home. I'm beyond fed up with their lack of communication and lack of know how when it comes to fixing vehicles. NOW on top of all of the problems I've already had, they owe me over $1000 from a canceled warranty and I still have yet to receive my money. And the finance guy laughed at me when I, with every right, and very very mad and frustrated with these ongoing problems. I have a warranty and lifetime oil changes with them and you can bet that they will be the last place I ever take my business to. Don't waste your time at this business. More
Im disappointed that I have to give them one star. Their service department doesn’t deserve it. Do not dismiss the bad reviews. These are accurate warnings and similar to what our family experienced. I purchased a used vehicle earlier this year and quickly noticed indications of the air ride suspension not working properly. I took the vehicle to the dealership within the warranty period and they suppose noticed indications of the air ride suspension not working properly. I took the vehicle to the dealership within the warranty period and they supposedly inspected the vehicle and confirmed nothing was wrong. I trusted Lithia had done their due diligence and were being honest when they said these symptoms were “normal”. Five months later, the air ride suspension in my vehicle is completely inoperable. I brought the vehicle back to Lithia, trusting they would do the right thing and make the necessary repair I had brought to their attention during the warranty period. Lithia inspected the vehicle again, confirmed the air ride suspension was in need of replacement/repair, and refused to admit to their neglect or take ownership of the issue and make it right. Supposedly my scenario was presented to the service and sales managers; I was not permitted to speak with them directly. The assistant manager relayed the conversation to me and advised me Lithia would not be making any concessions. While I understand and take ownership of the potential risks that come from buying a used vehicle, I trusted that Lithia, my “neighbor, who remains committed to the customer” would own their tag line. If I were experiencing an issue with my vehicle, other than the issue I brought to Lithia’s attention, that would fully be my responsibility and I own that. More
Made recommendations for my vehicle to have immediate repairs completed that did not needed to be done. Got another shop to get a second opinion and the work quoted here was extremely over priced and unn repairs completed that did not needed to be done.
