Used car purchase I found a vehicle I was interested in and ended up purchasing it. They provided the work order for when the vehicle was traded in, the before and after for the alignment and the car fax. After some work on the final numbers we walked away with the purchase we needed. Robert Matthews was an exceptional salesman for us, I'd recommend him to anyone else. Tyler was the person we worked with on financing and he sold us in a deal for lifetime oil changes. We inquired about it the following day and we found out it was for a full synthetic oil when the specs only called for conventional oil. The plan and price was adjusted accordingly. More

Service Visit Everyone is the service department is nice to work with and It was very easy to communicate with the service center while my vehicle was there. All the service issues was addressed but when I went to pick up the vehicle the request to have the truck washed and vacuumed was not done. This is the second time this has happened with the dealership and has become a issue for me. If the dealership does not want to provide this service they should not say it is available. If your paying for it we are happy to get it done but if not we will get to it if we have time so sorry! More
