Nice to work with I took my Jeep in for a "funny noise". The guy Seth at the front desk called in someone from repair dept to diagnose the problem. It is the water pump I took my Jeep in for a "funny noise". The guy Seth at the front desk called in someone from repair dept to diagnose the problem. It is the water pump. I was not sure if I had an extended warranty for repair, so Seth made several calls and found out for me that it was covered! I really think he went above and beyond to make it easier and less expensive for me, and also in doing that I was able to afford some more service items that were due on my Jeep. The work is scheduled for next week, I will leave another review or edit this when the work is performed. More

Very quick and the service people are awesome. i walked in, was immediately waited, I was there not more than 1/2 hour. The windows were being replaced and did not interfere with my visit. Great helping such a time squeeze We have moved into our motorhome to travel around the US and Canada. We needed to have some cargo bars purchased and installed on our '17 Grand Cherokee. My wife had a window of time and the guys at the shop did an excellent job at helping us meet our schedule. I know it can't happen every time like this but we are certainly grateful at their wonderful help this time. More
