Our experience was good Overall I had a good experience. The car I wanted was available and I was able to get it the same night. Realizing that I wanted to take it home the Overall I had a good experience. The car I wanted was available and I was able to get it the same night. Realizing that I wanted to take it home the car needed to be detailed. I was told that I could come back and have this done. I returned a week later on a Saturday and they took it right back to have this done. When I got it home the car jams were very dirty and the back was not vacuumed. (a little disappointing but ok)It did seem that the car had been driven more than just test drives. My main concern was that when I was purchasing the car, I signed the paper work that said the car had only 14 miles on it. When I got it home about a mile from the dealership it had over 90miles. I did bring this up when I returned to have it detailed with Justin and never got an answer to why and what do I tell the insurance people. Or could the paper work be changed as the insurance was asking me these questions. I also had to ask for the paperwork to confirm with OCCU what we had agreed to. I just thought that I would have had a packet to pick up with all the paper work that we signed. The first part was excellent but the last part failed on follow through. I still did not get the answer to my question on the mileage. More
