I was at this location at the beginning of February after my car was stolen and I needed a new fob. I wanted a couple of replacements as well but parts needed to order them. I was told I would be contacted w my car was stolen and I needed a new fob. I wanted a couple of replacements as well but parts needed to order them. I was told I would be contacted when they arrived so I could come get them along with getting some routine maintenance. Almost 2 months passed and I was never contacted. I left messages on 3 occasions and never received a return phone call or any communication. When I’m there in person customer service is great but attempting to communicate when not in person is wildly unprofessional and frustrating. More

I’ve always been greeted immediately when I enter the service department. The new check out process is much improved- I can pay from the service department instead of waiting in a line down the hall for service department.
