Vehicle Service The service department at Lithia Dodge is second to none. They have always treated me and my vehicles with the upmost care. It's really refreshing in The service department at Lithia Dodge is second to none. They have always treated me and my vehicles with the upmost care. It's really refreshing in this day and age, too find a company that actually doe's what they say they are going to do. I may be a little bias, seeing as all 4 of my vehicles are Dodges but that's why I own nothing but Dodges. The service is fantastic, and the vehicles are terrific. More

Best Service Department in Billings Montana The Service Department at Lithia Dodge of Billings is top notch. They treat their customers with the utmost respect. They have been doing the maintena The Service Department at Lithia Dodge of Billings is top notch. They treat their customers with the utmost respect. They have been doing the maintenance on my Dodge Journey since it had 3 miles on it, and now it have over 100K miles and runs amazing. I wouldn't even think about taking my vehicle anywhere else. Their knowledgeable service advisors are very thorough and honest. And trying to get an oil change is super easy. There's no need to even make an appointment. The service manager Dave is very personable and easy to work with. The Service Department really knows how to treat their customers. Overall I have been very pleased with my service and would recommend this dealership. More

SERVICE DEPARTMENT TREATS WOMEN LIKE THEY ARE STUPID. Took Jeep in for recall work. Received Jeep back with Heater Blower on full blast and would not turn off. I did not leave the parking lot and went r Took Jeep in for recall work. Received Jeep back with Heater Blower on full blast and would not turn off. I did not leave the parking lot and went right back into service department to tell them that my heater blower was full blast would not turn off and it was not that way before the recall fix. Was told it was that way when they got into the Jeep before the recall work. I have called the 800 # to file a complant but it's their word against mine he said she said. They will not correct the problem. This is the 2nd time I have had problems at the service department. The other was they wanted to rebuild my differantial for$2800.00. when i took it to a differnt mechanic they found a rear wheel sensor out and it corrected the problem for $280.00. More
