Lithia Chrysler was the first Lithia Motors store and opened its doors in Ashland, OR in 1946.
In April 1970, Lithia Motors moved to Medford, OR and added the Dodge and Jeep franchises.
The store moved from its downtown Medford location to a brand new facility in 2007.

Please set up online appointment registration for quick lube oil changes. Number two have all of the phones going to the quick lube phone system tied together. I made almost 10 calls during my last visit w lube oil changes. Number two have all of the phones going to the quick lube phone system tied together. I made almost 10 calls during my last visit with no answer and found out that the man I was calling was no longer working that day and that it did not ring to the other person's phone sitting 10' away. So I drove over from the coast and just took a chance that I could get in to get an oil change. Fortunately you were slow and I was able to get it accomplished however there have been times when there's been a two to three hour wait, which I can't afford when driving round trip of 260 MI. Again online registration please, number two get your phone system organized. Had the same experience with grants pass lithia that same day. This is a long-standing issue and I've been doing business with you since 04 when purchasing the first vehicle. The lack of addressing these issues sends a message, which is your customers time isn't important. On line registration would make this much better for all involved. More
