They gave us a great deal on our trade in and I am extremely happy with our new Jeep. They even called us in the next business day (we bought on a Sunday)as they had gotten a better interest rate! I have been going to Lithia Chrysler Service (on second Chrysler car bought from them) for 8+ years now. I have never had a bad experience with the service department, nor sales. Previously I went to A. R. with an MDX, and I had 3 years of the worst shady service ever. When they tried to pull another fast one on me, I told them no on the 3rd ceramic brake job they said i needed in 3 years, and 15000 miles. The A.R. service guy told me he would void my warranty if I did not have another brake job. I told him go ahead and void it and went online to find another car. Found a Chrysler at Lithia and traded in my MDX. Lithia Chrysler is a Breath of Fresh air that keeps on giving from Sales to Service, I am so glad I changed dealerships and cars. . BTW, when I traded in my MDX, I was told that the brakes were in great condition. If you want a great sales team, followed with years of honest, caring service, I highly recommend Lithia Chrysler in Reno. More
