Recall and oil change I came in, without an appointment, to address a notification about a recall on my Wrangler. I was told if I came back after lunch, they could work me I came in, without an appointment, to address a notification about a recall on my Wrangler. I was told if I came back after lunch, they could work me in and resolve the recall and take care of the service needs that my Wrangler was due for. I did and they got me out of there in a little more than an hour. More

We had an unexpected turn of events with my car needing work on Christmas Eve. Kierett and Ben in service were excellent and didn’t hesitate to help despite Jeep closing for the holiday. While Ben drew work on Christmas Eve. Kierett and Ben in service were excellent and didn’t hesitate to help despite Jeep closing for the holiday. While Ben drew up all of the paperwork and looked into providing me with a loaner for the holiday, Kierett helped me move all of my things from my car to the loaner and didn’t hesitate to be kind and helpful to my little boy. He helped me strategically hide Christmas presents as we moved them from one vehicle to the other, and was able to transfer my sons car seat with ease as it was a struggle for myself. I am truly so thankful that our safety and accessibility were the top concerns. While this experience was unanticipated, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and I am grateful for the customer service I received at Jeep. Thank you very much. More
