While dropping off the car I was assisted by service advisor Tim. He was very friendly and offered some great ideas on how to customize our jeep. I'm used to other dealerships where to service personnel are not very helpful and you can tell they don't want to be there. First Class Service Having flown home from a two week vacation to find my Jeep Battery completely dead was not good. Lithia Jeep was able to work me in the next day, and after a complete and thorough check of the Battery it was determined to be bad. No questions asked, the Battery was replaced with a new one. More

Servicing I brought my Jeep Compass in to check on the switch to lock the 4-wheel drive system. Tim Lewis did a great job helping me out and answering my quest I brought my Jeep Compass in to check on the switch to lock the 4-wheel drive system. Tim Lewis did a great job helping me out and answering my questions on the reason for the switch not activating the 4-wheel drive locking mechanism. He followed through with notifying me when the necessary part came in, and we just scheduled an appointment to bring the car in to get fixed. More
