Horrible Customer Service I recently bought a Ford Focus. I chose Lithia to get my first routine service done & that was a big mistake. I made an appt over the phone, no proble I recently bought a Ford Focus. I chose Lithia to get my first routine service done & that was a big mistake. I made an appt over the phone, no problem there. I showed up right on time, and with 3 service advisors standing in front of me, not one of them acknowledged me nor did they offer to help me. I believe his name is Kyle, kept making eye contact but then would just look away and pick up the phone. Only reason I know at least one of their names is because I over heard him say it on the phone. After what seemed like 10-15 min gone by, one of them finally picked their head up from their computers and asked how they could help me. I told them I had an appt to get my car serviced. The only thing I was happy with was the work of the technicians. Great work. I didn't even get a phone call letting me know my car was done. I had to go in and ask and one of them said "oo yea its done". Well, geez thanks for the courtesy phone call guys! I've worked at a Chevy/Toyota dealership for over 4 years & I've never seen a group of horrible advisors like the ones who were at Lithia. Sad to say, I was very disappointed with Lithia's service advisors and will pick another Ford dealership next time. More

I brought my HHR in on Saturday without an appointment, because my grandson had spilt red punch on the seat. Jeremy took me right in and without hesitation sent the vehicle immediately to detail to have cl because my grandson had spilt red punch on the seat. He also noticed while writing me up that I was do for service, I quickly agreed to adding that on, one less trip. He had me in and out of there in a couple of hours. Awesome service!!! I have dealt with Tim on 2 occasions and both times he provided wonderful customer service. For the first time in a long time, I have felt heard as a customer. I am posting this review due to the service I received during my last visit for service at Lithia. My vehicle needed some expensive repairs and I was just out of the Ford warranty period. I called and spoke with Angelic after contacting Ford customer service. She said she would speek to them and get right back to me, and she did. She told me the repairs would be covered and I would have to pay a very small amount. Then we set an appointment and the service was excellent. Her professional and punctual response was refreshing. I thought, some people do still care about customer service. Huh, that is rare these days. More
I bought my car over two years ago and have been taking my car for routine services since. I have only been truly pleased probably 2 times. My phone calls are never returned when I have called to make an my car for routine services since. I have only been truly pleased probably 2 times. My phone calls are never returned when I have called to make an appointment and no one was available to answer the phone. I have had to call most times to see if my car is done when I do have it there. On a few occasions the cover for my seat has been removed from the crumpled up mess it is in on my seat. The shuttle has forgotten me once and I had to wait over 2 hours for them to find another driver to come get me, which was apologized for. Recently I was there for an oil change and asked them to replace the weather stripping on my sun roof as it had come off. They said it may take a little longer since they had to take it back to the body shop or different part of the service dept. I sat a waited for it and two hours later they came to tell me they didn't have the part they needed so I would have to come back. I am not sure why that took 2 hours to figure out. They told me the part should be in in a few days and they would call me to make an appointment when it was in. I had to call them 2 weeks later when I still had not heard from them. Today, I attempted to update my SYNC and the screen froze, so after and hour and 15 minutes I called the dealership to ask if I was able to turn off my car. I am still waiting for a phone call back from 2 different people (this was 2 plus hours ago). I called again to ask if I could bring it down to them and I was told I should bring it in later in the week. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and competency of this dealership and would not recommend anyone go through them. More
We were on our way to Los Angeles when the tire inflation indicator on our 2013 Edge lit up. We were caught in a massive traffic jam and detour and were frantic by the time we got to the dealership. Howard told us to relax, he would pake care of everything. Turns out the two of the tires were not within 2 lbs of pressure of each other, that was the only problem. But, he had his service guys check all the tires and make sure there were no other issues. We were back on the road in 30 minutes and he did not charge us a thing! He really put our mind at ease and treated us as valued Ford owners. More
