Last Saturday (Thanksgiving Weekend) we were in route from Montana to our home in the Palm Springs area when our water pump began leaking fluid just as we hit the I-15 South near Dillon, MT. We managed to limp our F-250 Crew Cab superduty pick up along to Lima, MT. where we added water and antifreeze... then did the same again in Duboise, Idaho, finally reaching the Broadway Ford Dealership in Idaho Falls around 2 PM. We called the service manager Jason Eggertsen from the road and he was ready for us when we arrived. Nate Cardoza was our service tech and quickly diagnosed the water pump as the problem. Fortunately they had a new one in stock and even though the shop was scheduled to close at 4 PM both Nate and Jason stayed until the job was done at 6 PM to make sure we got back on the road and were able to make it home by Sunday night. Both Jason and Nate were friendly, professional and very understanding of the stress our whole family was under at the time. In addition, they steam washed the engine to eliminate the radiator fluid smell that was burning off the engine... which I thought was very considerate of them since I had about 18 more hours of driving to do. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did! I commend and highly recommend Jason and Nate and the Service Department at Broadway Ford for their service above and beyond my highest expectations. More

Recently bought a 2011 F350 from this dealership. Great experience. Noticed that the keypad code wasn't working so it needed to be repaired under warranty. I worked with Jason and he was great to deal wi experience. Noticed that the keypad code wasn't working so it needed to be repaired under warranty. I worked with Jason and he was great to deal with. As this is my only vehicle I needed it nightly so it took a couple visits as I would drop it off in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day after work. Jason communicated extremely well with me on what they were doing to fix the problem on my new superduty. Everytime I have dropped the vehicle off and picked it up it always came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would recommend this service department and Jason to any needing normal maintenance and service on there vehicle. More

TIM WAS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I ADDED SEVERAL OPTIONS TO MY NEW F150 AND TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE DELIVERY UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS ADDED. Nick Burgess promptly answered my email inquiry on a used truck I'd seen online. I was initially disappointed that the truck had already been sold but Nick kept my name and I was pleasantly surprised when h truck I'd seen online. I was initially disappointed that the truck had already been sold but Nick kept my name and I was pleasantly surprised when he called me two days later to inform me that the prior sale had fallen through and asked if I was still interested. Negotiating the deal was hassle and pressure free and Nick was extremely responsive in getting the paperwork done to finalize the sale. I flew in from out of state to get the truck and Nick was kind enough to drive 50 miles to another city to pick me up, saving me over a $150 in airfare. The truck was exactly as described and I was very happy with it. The drive back to the dealership to sign the paperwork was very enjoyable and when we got there the staff at Broadway Ford was great as well and I was quickly on the road back home in my freshly detailed truck. It's now been a week and a half, the truck is running great and Nick has checked back a number of times just to make sure everything is OK. He even kept checking with the prior owner to successfully locate a second remote ignition key and send it to me. The price? It was a great enough deal to fly in and then drive over 800 miles to get back home. And I'd do it again without hesitation even though I live in a large city with plenty of local dealerships. Nick is fantastic to deal with both during and after the sale. The follow-up is phenomenal. I highly recommend Nick and Broadway Ford, they do a great job. More
