For example I said I did not care what my payment was that I just wanted to know the final amount owed. Not once did the finance person bring up the payment amount until the end which is exactly what I asked for. Both my wife and talked about how much we preferred the experience with Lithia Ford and Randy compared to our last car buying experience. I could write a novel with what the other dealership (Dennis Dillon) did wrong! The biggest is that they just did not listen period. We will return to Lithia ford for our next car!
